Laserforce to unveil new features and futuristic attractions
Headquarters to over 150 Laserforce locations worldwide, the world’s longest running Laserforce centre is set to unveil eight new, thrilling attractions.
Located in the Brisbane suburbs, Laserforce Woolloongabba has been providing the ultimate laser tag experience for over 26 years and continues to take futuristic fun to a whole new level.
On 31st May, during a grand re-opening of the Woolloongabba facility, Laserforce will reveal $250,000 of renovations that include major upgrades and refurbishments throughout the arena and an array of interactive challenges that immerse the player in a world that is ‘outside space and time’.
Among the renovations, The Time Vortex will transport guests through the arena’s sci-fi world – a space filled with towers, generators, multi-levels, life-size missiles and giant mushrooms – where participants can collect achievements along the way.
Next, guests are surrounded by wall-to-wall, web-like lasers in The Labyrinth while new arcade games, new light shows, a new briefing room and an Observation Deck walk through provide players with a fully immersive Laserforce mission experience.
Commenting on the innovations, Laserforce Executive Officer Sam Kelly “Laserforce offers an unprecedented experience for our guests.
“Players will be presented with a fresh new look and offered a high-energy adventure that further establishes Laserforce as Brisbane's premier family entertainment destination.”
The grand re-opening event will kick off with ‘Kids Day’ where younger patrons, age 15 and under, can experience up to four hours of unlimited Laserforce laser tag and be challenged to two missions through the Labyrinth. ‘Party Night’ (6:30 pm to midnight) and ‘Midnight to Dawn’ (midnight to 6:00 am) allows players to participate in unlimited games of Laserforce with advanced role playing games and F&B offerings.
A global leader in laser tag/gaming, with sites across Australia, Europe, Asia and North America, Laserforce has been developing, manufacturing and supplying laser tag equipment since 1987.
