Jetts takes out top award for customer satisfaction

Leading 24/7 gym chain Jetts has received the inaugural Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers' award for gyms.

The Award, from the independent customer satisfaction ratings company is testament that Jetts' growth of more than 400% over the past three years continues its trend because it focuses on what customers want.

Jetts Fitness Founder and Director, Brendon Levenson said he was honoured to accept the Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers award and to see the 24/7 gym network recognised by their customers.

Levenson explains "from day one, we built our business around the customer and focused on what they value; low fees, no contracts, 24/7 access, great equipment and friendly, qualified staff.

"Jetts' customer focus runs right through the business from the foundations we laid when we started in 2007 to our exceptional staff working today making a difference in people's lives."

The Canstar Blue survey results also showed a quarter of respondents preferred flexible membership options.

Canstar Blue Manager Rebecca Logan added "results show the vast majority of consumers are doing their homework before making this significant commitment which we need to remember is a financial contract."

When it came to the gymnasium with the most satisfied customers, it was Jetts that came out on top in the categories of overall satisfaction, value, access, equipment and membership flexibility.

Explaining the result, Logan stated "Jetts has taken an opposite end approach to traditional fitness operators and our results show they have won over consumers with their low fees, 24/7 access, lack of crowds and convenient locations."

Canstar Blue commissions Colmar Brunton to survey 2,500 Australian consumers across a range of categories every few months to measure and track customer satisfaction. The results of the gym ratings reported are from 1,002 customers with a gym membership from within the survey group.

Logan adds "we launched Canstar Blue to give Australians a free online resource to help them with their key purchasing decisions by making it simple for them to learn from the experiences of other consumers. It is essentially a guide to product excellence as voted by customers."

Jetts was recently named by BRW as the second fastest growing business in Australia and its success has come in the wake of its mantle as the country's first gym model to give its members the ability to workout on their own terms by offering the freedom of 24-hour access, no contracts and low fees.
