Intelligent Locking Systems for Lockers

Häfele Australia has introduced a series of 'intelligent' new locking systems for lockers - offering self-service, independence and multi-function capabilities.

Self Service - SAFE-O-MAT®
The introduction of the SAFE-O-MAT® locking system was the start of a global success story. Whether it is used for cupboards or lockers, the SAFE-O-MAT® storage lock is proving to be the ideal system solution wherever safe temporary storage is required.

The system is based on it being impossible to remove the key from the lock until a coin deposit is inserted. Only then is it possible to lock the door and take out the key. When the locker is opened again the coin is returned automatically and the key remains in the lock.

Independence - SAFE-O-PIN®
SAFE-O-PIN® is the perfect solution where (for organisational reasons) keys, key chains, cards or other data media cannot be used to secure lockers.

As an 'intelligent lock', SAFE-O-PIN® eliminates the need for any type of key or data medium. Entering a four to 10 digit key code (letters or numbers) is enough to lock or unlock the locker securely.

Multifunction - SAFE-O-TRONIC®
The SAFE-O-TRONIC® transponder lock is the ideal solution if the 'locker key' should also serve as a cashless payment method for the convenient use of all chargeable services and as a means of admission control or time recording.

Transponder technology makes it possible to use changing room lockers and safe deposit boxes without touching them. The user is provided not with a key, but with a megaKey (as in the form of a coin or a wristwatch). As well as the free programmability of locker entitlements (free and fixed locker allocation), SAFE-O-TRONIC® megalock provides integration into networked and existing organisational systems. Chargeable products and services such as catering facilities, saunas or solariums, for example in leisure or fitness centres, can be used cashless with the megaKey.
