Inspirational artwork to transform facilities’ blank walls and windows
With aquatic, fitness, recreation and sport facilities looking to inspire members and participants in their activity and exercise, an innovation in dynamic and large scale wallpaper and window murals now offers the opportunity to display game-changing visual images.
Used at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium in a mural serving as the centrepiece of the venue’s 20-year celebrations this week, the dynamic, and large scale wallpaper and window murals can also be used in aquatic centres, fitness clubs, gyms and studios, recreation and sport facilities, entertainment venues, retail outlets and even hospitals, to enliven otherwise blank space.
Produced by Parramatta, NSW-based XLArt, a division of marketing specialist Senses Direct, the ‘wall art’ offers wide-ranging opportunities for inspiration, branding and promotion.
XLArt’s innovation in dynamic and large scale wallpaper and window murals has given it an unrivalled reputation in recent years for designing and installing game-changing visual images.
XLArt founder Mark Mina explains “our wall and window media has enabled us to completely transform rooms as it gives the client the option to block out or see through windows creating the impression that members could be lifting weights at Venice Beach.”
“There are a number of mural manufacturers around but one massive point of difference with XLArt is the amount of options we offer enabling us to tailor solutions to any environment whether it be interior or exterior space.
“Perhaps our biggest trump card is our innovative and highly creative design team. I’d argue they are the best in the business.”
While the ANZ Stadium ‘wall art’ was an exterior project, it is XLArt’s solutions for interior projects that are probably the most intriguing.
Mina adds “the massive point of difference with our interior options is the convenience, DIY installation and environmental impact of our solutions. We use a water based adhesive so that the artwork is easy to put up and take down. The paper is also from renewable forests so there is a minimal impact on the environment. There are also no toxins or smells.”
“There’s literally no vertical space we can’t creatively cover.”
In advance of celebrating its 20-year milestone on 6th March, ANZ Stadium’s mural on its front windows showcases some of the venue’s most memorable moments of the past two decades.
