iconnect360 goes 24/7

Increasing activity in the 24/7 fitness clubs sector has seen distributor Ezypay release detailed information on 'how to set up iconnect360 membership management software in a 24 hour club'.

As Ezypay Director of Sales, Marketing and Relationships Celeste Kirby-Brown explains "we are getting more enquiries than ever before from 24 hour clubs (and) as the distributor of iconnect360 software we are also getting asked a lot of questions about how to use the software in the 24 hour clubs."

Kirby-Brown also reports an increase in "noise" about 24 hour clubs "although, according to the 2013 Fitness Industry Survey only 9% of clubs are 24 hours and only 11% of members are members of a 24 hour club."

Office Manager Rhonda Mokdassi uses the system and finds it to be an "easy system to use", adding "the more I use it the easier it gets."

In particular, Mokdassi likes to use the iPad and iPhone app, saying it's a "great little app to look up details of clients quickly."

"There are two key ways people are using club management software in 24 hour clubs. One is to have the software manage all of your security and related electrical like CCTV, which seems a lot like putting all your eggs in one basket. The other is to use the club management software to manage the club and the memberships and separate the security etc. This is how we recommend our 24 hour clients approach their set-up.
