HF Industries introduces FreeMotion Innovation
HF Industries, in conjunction with FreeMotion Fitness, have created a 30 minute circuit that increases muscular and cardio fitness while optimising calorie burn.
Backed by scientific research, the 30-minute MCA² Training program is precisely sequenced to optimise metabolic rate where participants can burn up to 600 calories in a session.
Featuring the FreeMotion Incline Trainer, FreeMotion Circuit of functional training equipment and the FreeMotion i.Tonic vibration platform, clients are constantly engaged in their workout and getting results.
MCA² utilises key principles to help exercisers get the greatest benefits during their workout while making the most efficient use of their training time:
• Incline training, which increases caloric expenditure and fat utilisation
• FreeMotion resistance training exercises, which activates more muscle tissue and develops greater functional fitness as compared to traditional resistance machines.
• i.Tonic Whole-Body Vibration is used to enhance recovery between exercises while improving flexibility and accelerating muscular fitness adaptations.
According to HF Industries Managing Director, Chris Skinner "in today's uncertain economic climate, clubs want to stick with what they know works, while at the same time offering something innovative and exciting to their clients.
"MCA² Training is a perfect solution for this as itâs a circuit that everyone remembers, but with functional training equipment, new technology and real grunt."
HF Industries have been supplying FreeMotion Fitness product to the Australian and New Zealand markets since the company's inception in 1999.
Recently, Virgin Active clubs have installed several pieces of FreeMotion equipment in their Sydney and Melbourne clubs.
Explaining the installation, Skinner adds "FreeMotion Fitness products represent not only the industry premium in strength equipment, but the standard in functional training. We have known for a long time the benefits of training in three dimensions rather than just one or two (as found on traditional strength equipment). It is a credit to Virgin Active management that they seek to offer their clientele innovative and functional training options, and have chosen FreeMotion Fitness to provide just that."
