Gladstone Grows University Client base

The University of Melbourne has recently chosen Gladstone Health & Leisure to serve their demanding tertiary needs, and in doing so has further increased Gladstone's growing University client base in Australia.
All of these Universities chose Gladstone as a replacement for their incumbent solution in order to gain enhanced functionality and reliability and to lower their ongoing operational support costs. One of the key requirements for Melbourne in particular was to have a management solution that could control all eight of their access points into their leisure facility so that members with different membership types and non-members could be let through or restricted as required.
Gladstoneâs plus2 system controls all access points on a real-time basis so that as soon as a membership card or non-member barcoded ticket is issued it can be used through the turnstile point that the card or ticket is allowed to be used at. Another important factor for Melbourne was to find a system that could meet their future requirements today. One such requirement was that of full online capabilities and thereby allowing members and non-members to make and pay for bookings, register their details, purchase membership, renew membership and change contact.
Carmel Bello, Guest Services Manager at the University of Melbourne recently stated that âthe introduction and utilisation of the Plus2 system has enabled us to streamline our business processes which have in turn allowed us to provide an even better level of customer service.?
