Generate Network launches Xyst Young Leaders Scholarship

New Zealand's Generate Network and the Xyst consultancy are inviting applicants for the Xyst Young Leaders Scholarship, established to support one young potential leader to develop their professional career in the community recreation/parks/outdoor recreation and facilities sectors.

A network of young professionals, Generate Network aims to grow leadership in the parks and recreation industry by connecting as many people as possible across sectors, ages and job titles.

Active across Australia and New Zealand, Xyst supports local government and other agencies in the sustainable planning and management of parks, open space and public facilities.

The Scholarship will see Xyst provide mentoring and support to the successful applicant throughout the duration of the project at no cost along with peer review of the the successful applicant’s presentation and award application.

It will also cover all application fees for New Zealand Recreation Association Accredited Recreation Professional accreditation.
