Freestyle training at Fitness First
Fitness First is introducing 'Freestyle' training across its clubs in Australia with clubs featuring dedicated new areas equipped with innovative functional training equipment in, as they say, "a space big enough to use it."
On their website, Fitness First explain that "rather than focusing on one single muscle group, Freestyle training gives you the freedom to mimic natural forms of movement in all directions.
"It'll train your body for activities performed in everyday life so you'll perform better at work and at home. Improve your mobility, flexibility, balance and strength in all areas and decrease injuries and joint pain."
Fitness First freestyle areas include leading fitness tools in the industry, including:
ViPR
Suspension training
Kettlebells
Bosu balls
Power bags
Battle Ropes
Medicine Balls
They are equipment for speed, agility and quickness training.
Located in dedicated areas of Fitness First clubs, members can "easily see what's new and our fitness team can quickly and simply demonstrate how to use them.
"If you want to take your workout to the next level but aren't sure how, Fitness First has the answer: Freestyle Training. Our Personal Training and Fitness Teams have the tools and knowledge to give you that push in the right direction with new and exciting equipment and methods.
"At Fitness First, we make sure members are working towards their goals in every session. Rather then using conventional workouts we educate them in different training styles to create a buzzing workout environment."
