Fitness First promotes new memberships through Fitness Week
Fitness First clubs are opening their doors for free during the week from 5th to 12th October – introducing potential members to the range of fitness experience offered by the group.
During the week, Fitness First is encouraging anyone, of any fitness level, to come along and participate in a range of free daily themed activities which include group exercise classes, freestyle group training, workshops and advice.
Introducing the week, the Fitness First Facebook page states “we want everyone to get involved and see where fitness can take them, so our doors are swinging open to members of the public - don't forget to tell your mates!”
