Fitness Australia welcomes new Communications and Public Relations Manager

Fitness Australia has announced the appointment of Meagan Lawson as its new General Manager, Communications and Public Relations.

Lawson is a public policy and communications professional with significant experience as a senior policy adviser in the Federal health portfolio.

Lawson has worked across all tiers of government and has served as an elected Councillor.

In her new role, Lawson will be responsible for the development and implementation of communications strategies that will broaden Fitness Australia's reach and deepen its impact.

She will also lead the development of public relations campaigns and identify and act upon significant media and public policy issues that can be leveraged to support Fitness Australia's strategic objectives.
