Fitness Australia to host virtual events announcing 2020 Australian Fitness Awards winners
Fitness Australia is to announce the national winners of the 2020 Australian Fitness Awards in a series of online events.
Fitness Australia Chief Executive Barrie Elvish explains “we’re hosting eight virtual events over four weeks.
“To kick-off the series of virtual announcements, we’ll be hosting an online cocktail party on Friday 1st May, as part of the FILEX Summit.”
Held by the nation’s peak fitness industry body, Fitness Australia, the Awards recognise and celebrate individuals, businesses and community groups dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of Australians by providing exceptional programs and high-quality professional services.
Elvish advises, “It’s important now more than ever to be recognising excellence by the people who are keeping Australians active.”
Each live streamed event is open to awards finalists’ clients, colleagues, family and friends as well as anyone in and around the fitness industry, to come together to recognise and celebrate the life-changing work of having more people, more active, more often.
