Fitness Australia looks to acknowledge the industry’s Active Achievers

Fitness Australia’s newly launched #ActiveAchievers Award is aiming to inspire, recognise and celebrate health outcomes and the fitness journey between a client and their Trainer or Instructor.

Introducing the Awards, Fitness Australia Chief Executive Lauretta Stace explains “our dynamic industry environment gives us exposure to a wide range of people who we keep fit and healthy everyday.

“We want to recognise the important role industry plays and celebrate the achievements of those Trainers and Instructors.”

Ryan Hogan, Chief Executive of Australian Fitness Network, the Principal Partner of #ActiveAchievers, adds “we believe in the power of recognising individuals for their valuable contributions as fitness professionals which is why our partnership on #ActiveAchievers is important to us.

“A strong, sustainable fitness industry means a workforce of quality fitness professionals who recognise and value the power and importance of ongoing professional development and improvement of skills.”

“Industry initiatives like this acknowledge the hard work Fitness Australia and the broader industry have been doing to profile the great work of the fitness industry.”

Nominations for the #ActiveAchievers Award category are open to outstanding Trainers and Instructors to share their clients’ health and fitness journey.
