FitEx conference early bird registrations double from 2011

Bookings for the newly rebranded fitness industry conference, FitEx, are going strong, with early bird registrations almost double last years levels.
FitnessNZ Operations Manager, Nathan Burrows explains "with the success of the conference over the least five years, together with the new focus on the practical implementation of both science and research, FitEx is set to exceed all previous years attendance numbers."
The conference will be held at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th November 2012 with pre-conference workshops will be held on Friday 23rd November.
Burrows promises that the conference promises will deliver on its byline - 'the Science & Business of Fitness & Exercise', adding "with over 100 world class sessions jam packed into the weekend we know there is something for everyone working in the industry everything from mind body/group exercise through to the latest in PT exercise trends, and business topics for PTs and club managers."
FitEx is recognised by the NZ Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) for Continuing Education Credits (CECs) with special discount for REPs registered exercise professionals, and on site accommodation options for those from outside Auckland.
The event will also include presentation of the New Zealand Fitness Awards on the evening of Saturday 24th November.
