EYE Fitness promotes Sproing's 'Love to Run' program
Fitness equipment and program distributor EYE Fitness has released the new 'Love to Run' program – an initiative that complements Sproing cardio and strength training.
Love to Run educates and coaches fitness club members in correct running based on the world renowned POSE Method. With Sproing having opened its first Sproing sport studio in Chicago, USA its huge versatility as a platform for HIIT, metabolic conditioning, and maximium calorie burn is now confirmed, and the popularity of the program is now expected to grow globally.
Greg Maurer, Director of Education for Sproing and Sproing Sport states that "Sproing Sport or small group training on Sproing is what indoor cycling did for riders - but now for runners and joggers.
“In the past, many runners have been limited by traditional treadmills but with Sproing they can run again on the soft surface. Sproing also enables facilities to deliver a safe yet high intensity running-based class - and we all know running and jogging is the most popular activity in clubs today.”
EYE Fitness is also set to launch freeFORM Board Small Group Training licenses using the freeFORM board for HIIT and Pilates formats.
Gold Coast-based EYE Fitness has revealed a price reduction on the release of the new SMART software system which allows the various targets to now be even more varied with colours, letters, numbers and shapes and extending an already bustling manual of routines, games, sport and fitness conditioning activities for user groups from crèche age to seniors, fitness to elite users.
