ExerciseNZ invites entries for 2024 New Zealand Exercise Industry Awards

The Exercise Association of New Zealand (ExerciseNZ) is inviting applications for the 2024 New Zealand Exercise Industry Awards.

The annual Awards are designed to recognise those making a contribution to the health and wellness of New Zealanders through exercise and fitness.

Introducing the Awards, ExerciseNZ Chief Executive Richard Beddie stated "the Exercise Industry Awards have been running since 2005, and are designed to recognise those making a contribution to the health and wellness of New Zealanders through exercise and fitness.

"If you know someone, or a facility who you think deserves special recognition, you can nominate them for an award - although its best to tell them you are nominating them first.

“Just as the industry changes, the awards categories and criteria have evolved over the years, to accurately reflect the range of facilities, trainers and services, big and small across New Zealand.”

Presentation of the Awards are co-timed with the Exercise New Zealand Conference in Auckland on the last weekend in November.

With the Exercise New Zealand Conference attracting over 800 exercise professionals and the Awards ceremony welcoming over 350 guests, the combined events are a gathering of all leading elements in the New Zealand exercise industry.
