Don and Rhonda Bacchi Launch Onfit Training
Don and Rhonda Bacchi have launched Online Fitness, a new training college for gym instructors, personal trainers and fitness specialists.
In partnership with The Wise Academy and Synergy Central (Registered Training Organisations), Online Fitness offer interactive training programs tailor made to suit student needs and lifestyles. Online Fitness courses can be taken full time or part time at campuses in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, or via distance learning which includes a new online fitness course now available to students worldwide.
With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry and five years in fitness education, Don and Rhonda knew that change was needed if they were to find ways to meet the needs of today's world.
With an experienced and passionate team beside them have launched Online Fitness (trading as OnFit Training College) and set about creating informative courses that are highly interactive and dynamic.
They now deliver the Certificate III, Certificate IV and Diploma in Fitness and make online materials available to students to aid in their learning.
Their creation and running of Online Fitness has led Don and Rhonda to work closely with Police-Citizens Youth Clubs (PCYC) Queensland this year and they have also developed online learning materials for a project within the Australian Flexible Learning Framework. The project has involved working collaboratively with The Wise Academy and Lanstar (LMS) to create an online nutrition course for PCYC's indigenous officers to deliver to remote communities.
The project is almost complete and is due for release on 26th November 2009.
