Centr app now available to members of Fitness First, Goodlife Health Clubs, Jetts Fitness and Zap Fitness
With many gym members looking to exercise from home amid fears over the spread of Coronavirus, the Fitness and Lifestyle Group is making its Centr app available to members of Fitness First, Goodlife Health Clubs, Jetts Fitness and Zap Fitness for three months so they can continue to reach their fitness goals.
This limited time offer means that members can access the Centr personalised digital health and fitness program curated by Chris Hemsworth and delivered by his hand-picked team of internationally renowned experts for free.
Launched early in 2019, Centr offers daily workouts, meal plans, meditations and a 24/7 community offering support, extra tips and exclusive behind-the-scenes extras.
Centr is designed to help users work out at home with minimal to no equipment or guide their workouts when in the gym.
