Centaman Goes Stateside
Australia's Centaman Systems has opened their latest office in the United States.
Located in the prestigious John Hancock Center in Chicago, the new office takes the total number of Centaman offices world-wide to eight including offices in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Mike Korbel has been appointed as General Manager of the new USA subsidiary. Mike has been with Centaman Systems for 11 years, most recently as General Manager of Centaman Systems Australia and has been responsible for many of Centamanâs largest installations including projects in Asia and USA.
As Centaman Chief Executive Mark Iles explains, "Mikeâs appointment to head our USA operation is a reflection of his industry expertise and detailed product and market knowledge which USA customers will be able to benefit from immediately."
Centaman already have a number of customers in the USA including the new Sahara Samâs Oasis Indoor Water Park in West Berlin, New Jersey - due for completion in prior to the 2009 northern summer.
Sahara Samâs President, Ilya Girlya explains that, "we spoke to a number of vendors however Centaman was the only company that had a totally integrated solution that was flexible enough to meet our needs. They have been extremely professional in everything they have done and I believe itâs the best solution of its type to be offered in North America for many years."
