Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre Refreshes its Brand

To mark the opening of expanded convention facilities, the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) has developed a 'Brand Refresh' to reflect the Centre's unique offering and unprecedented flexibility.

Known as on of the top three convention centres in the world and as the catalyst for Brisbane's growing share of the lucrative business events market, BCEC is about to embark on an exciting new era with the launch later this year of the much awaited boutique expansion of its convention facilities, BCEC on Grey Street.

The 24,000 metre2, five level expansion will give the Centre an additional 52% increase in its convention space. It has been designed specifically to meet the market demand for smaller and medium sized meetings and will confirm BCEC as Australia's most flexible meetings and events venue.

The theme of the new campaign, 'more personal - more choice', has been developed to reflect the way the Centre conducts business was the result of extensive client research which identified the strong values of personal, friendly, flexible and professional in relation to the Centre's unique ability to maintain and develop client relationships. It also represents the addition of BCEC on Grey Street as a new and innovative convention product providing the ultimate in flexibility and choice.

Centre General Manager, Bob O'Keeffe said the new campaign substantiated the Centre's already established reputation for confident, professional and personal services at the very highest levels.

"We intend to raise that bar even further with the launch of BCEC on Grey Street which will provide us with the opportunity to offer clients greater choice and more flexibility than ever before across all events.

O'Keeffe explained "the bottom line is all about the value of client relationships, dedication and passion - fundamental to delivering successful events."
