Box office business takes off

Two experienced international ticketing executives have joined forces to launch a new venture, Travers Simpson Ticketing Solutions.

The new business has been launched by Frances Travers, the former Ticketing and Membership Manager with the Australian Rugby Union and Tennis Australia along with Karen Simpson (previously Karen Mosley) former Executive Director of Entertainment for Marina Bay Sands, Singapore and President of the Asia Pacific Ticketing Association, with the aim of offering business solutions business for clients who need expertise in ticketing operations and services.

Collectively the pair have over 50 years in the business and can tailor solutions for sporting events, theatre shows, concerts, attractions, memberships and packages.

With offices in Australia and the United Kingdom, Travers Simpson Ticketing Solutions can offer an international reach for consumers.

Tailored solutions can include the  design and implementation of membership packages for sporting clubs;c reative VIP, corporate and group packages for concert events and theatre shows; reporting analysis for enhanced marketing capabilities; new ticketing technologies; ticketing tender writing, review and management; daily sales and manifest reporting; price category and scaling of venues; web site optimisation; event builds; new venue seating plans and sightline consultations; memberships; database management; box office & will call management; and automated entry management and reporting.
