Australia's major leisure facilities switching to Links
In the past two months over 70 leisure and fitness centres have made the change to Links Modular Solutions for their facility software solution.
These facilities include: the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC) and the Victorian State Sports Centres Trust (SSCT); the Mounties Group (M1 and Harbord Diggers); Northern Seagulls; The Club Group and the 60 PCYC sites across New South Wales.
Explaining the success, Links Managing Director Don Hartley states "leisure facilities are constantly looking to improve their productivity, efficiency and members experience with a user friendly and functional management system.
"Links offers the latest in technology and is written in Australia for Australia's unique operations."
Victoria's SSCT, which runs Melbourne's premier aquatic and sport facilities including MSAC and the Victorian State Netball and Hockey Centre have installed the Links program throughout their entire facilities, also adding access control and RFID technology to their system.
Police Community Youth Club (PCYC) NSW is a major youth development organisation with approximately 60 sites throughout the state and chose Links for the functionality it possesses.
The organisation switched all sites across NSW to Links at the same time on the 3rd January 2012.
Two weeks before the PCYC went live, the SSCT and the club group also changed, making Christmas a very busy period for Links.
Following the successful end of 2011 for Links, the leading leisure software company is planning for many more large facilities across Australia making the change in 2012.
