Auckland Stadiums’ Mt Smart Stadium triple sell-out

For the second year in a row, Auckland’s Mt Smart Stadium has sold out three shows for one artist with Ed Sheeran’s scheduled trio of shows in March 2018 selling out within days of release.

This success follows three Adele shows sold out in March this year.

After his performance at Mt Smart Stadium in December 2015, Ed Sheeran returns to the venue on 24th, 25th and 26th March next year with all three shows now sold out.

The globally-acclaimed singer/songwriter joins a growing list of performers expected to be confirmed in what is shaping as an even bigger concert season than the 2016/17 record-breaking run.

Already, Australian singer Sia has confirmed a show at Mt Smart Stadium on 5th December and more concert announcements are expected over the coming months.

Last summer, Auckland Stadiums’ venues hosted Coldplay, Gun n Roses, Bruce Springsteen, Justin Bieber and the three Adele concerts
