Attendees hail success of Centaman user group meetings
Centaman, one of Australia's leading industry software solutions providers, recently held their first user group meetings in Sydney and Melbourne for their key clients. The Centaman user groups were designed to provide a platform for two-way communication between Centaman and their customers as well as enabling hands on demonstrations of the new products and features of Centaman comprehensive range of solutions. In addition the meetings proved to be an exciting forum for Centaman users to discuss and share best practices amongst each other.
The User Group Meetings where declared "a fantastic day" by top customers and other comments included "good to hear other centres ideas, issues and processes. These seminars are a great idea; I'm already looking forward to the next one"
Each User Group Meeting was made up of twelve in-depth topics across two different streams, covering everything from 'tips and tricks' on how to get the most out of the Centaman System, as well as Membership Retention and E Marketing, Cashless Vending, Access Control, Web Solutions, PCI Compliance and Bookings Management.
The seminar series also provided the opportunity for the Centaman support team to launch their new Customer Support Portal, an online tool for customers to create and manage their support cases. This new initiative ensures customers can monitor progress and provide additional information easily to the Centaman support team. Centaman Customer Support Manager Adam Gilbert explains "the customer portal is a real step forward for us, we know this will allow us to further enhance the customer support experience for our customers."
Due to the success of this year's events these User Group Meetings will become an annual event for Centaman as they look to increase customer communication and continue to launch new innovative solutions for the attractions, aquatics and recreation markets.
Centaman Chief Executive Jeff McKee added "being the first time we have run a seminar series we are ecstatic with the feedback and comments from our customers, we hope to build on this with other customer focused initiatives coming in the New Year."
