Archery Australia appoints Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer
The Archery Australia Board has announced the appointment of Peter Bromley as their new Chief Executive and the promotion of Mick Maclennan to Chief Operating Officer.
Bromley joins Archery Australia with extensive experience in strategic leadership and sports management, having most recently served as the Chief Executive of Athletics Australia. His understanding of technical disciplines, along with Australia’s recent achievement of its best Olympic results in athletics in over 60 years, positions him well to guide Archery Australia into an exciting new chapter of growth and development.
Maclennan has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer having acted in the role of interim Chief Executive over the past six months which Archery Australia describe as having been “invaluable in maintaining stability and advancing key initiatives during the transitional period.”
Bromley’s expertise, combined with Maclennan’s continued commitment to the organisation, ensures a strong leadership team at the helm of Archery Australia. The organisation looks forward to achieving new milestones under Bromley’s vision, while building on the solid foundation laid by Maclennan and the team.
