The venue is made up of two buildings joined by a covered walkway.

Albury Entertainment Centre joins a growing number of sites coming on board with TicketServ and SRO, including the recently opened Murray Art Museum Albury (MAMA).

Commenting on the installation, TicketServ founder and Managing Director Ian English stated “it is great to see this well run and long established site come on board with us and joining the growing SRO user base.

“The earlier launch of MAMA using SRO for their opening in October showed the flexibility of the software really well, and the use across the Albury sites will grow and grow.”

Albury Entertainment Centre Venue Manager Brendan Maher is enthusiastic about the implementation, commenting “dealing with the company was a delight, so very accommodating and professional at all times, nothing was a problem and easy to deal with.

“The changeover was well planned and timed along with a well thought out plan and certain tasks to action each day. The training of staff was professional with a step by step clear approach to easily absorb. All our data was maintained and going live was seamless. “

Albury Entertainment Centre’s Rebekah Brook added “the whole changeover process has been seamless with all data converted overnight, allowing us to go live the next day.
