Alanic International named Basketball Australia's official compression partner
Basketball Australia (BA) and Alanic International have announced a new partnership that will see the Australian owned company become BA's Official Compression Partner, servicing the Women's National Basketball League, high performance programs, the men's and women's national wheelchair basketball teams the Rollers and Gliders as well as the Under 23 men's and Under 25 women's national wheelchair teams.
Under the four-year deal, Alanic International will supply its next generation compression range the Cloak Series to WNBL clubs, the Boomers and Opals, Emerging Boomers and Emerging Opals, the Emus and Gems Under 19 teams and the Under 17 boys and girls teams.
In addition, and for the first time, the national wheelchair basketball teams will benefit from a four-year compression sponsorship, with Alanic International supplying gear to athletes from its next generation compression range the Cloak Series.
Basketball Australia Chief Executive Kristina Keneally said BA was pleased to team up with an Australian owned brand rapidly increasing its global compression wear footprint.

"Now, Alanic International is bursting onto the world stage in its own right with its Cloak Series range, which will deliver top quality compression wear using the latest technology to our elite programs and WNBL clubs.
"Basketball Australia is excited to partner with Alanic International under this multi-year deal, and pleased to support our professional athletes' performance and recovery needs with the highest quality, custom made compression gear."

Alanic International's Cloak Series has previously supported the Melbourne Storm through the 2013 World Club Challenge, with that partnership extending into the 2013 Telstra NRL Premiership.
The Cloak Series which currently boasts compression shorts, pants, tanks and socks for men and women will also expand and become available for custom orders from this month.
