AGES updates its guidance on temporary infrastructure industry for major events
The Association of Global Event Suppliers (AGES) has recently released its updated guide to the temporary infrastructure industry for major events.
The newly published Practice Guide for the Planning, Procurement and Delivery of Temporary Infrastructure for Major Events Part I and Part II provides an inclusive, encyclopaedic reference for planers, event organisers, building authorities and governmental bodies; in fact, all those involved in event infrastructure.
It offers introductory and contextual information to become a comprehensive international advisory document.
With Part I - General Information - describing strategies, principles, methods and processes, Part II - Technical Information - deals with the products, services and the regulatory framework of the event infrastructure business.
The Guide has been elaborated by a group of authors and overlay professionals, each with profound international experience in their field, coordinated, guided, and supervised by the Association of Global Event Suppliers (AGES).
The Guide has been sponsored by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), European football governing body UEFA and the event builder’s industry.
Each volume is now available on the AGES website in a digital or print format, with informative previews of both publications.
