Adelaide's new Hindley Street Music Hall set to attract touring artists

The newly opened Hindley Street Music Hall in the Adelaide CBD is looking to enhance the sity's live music scent.

Opened on 15th September, the new 1,800-capacity live music venue is aiming to the bridge the gap between Adelaide's 700-capacity The Gov and the larger Thebarton Theatre'

A collaborative project between Secret Sounds, Live Nation, Adelaide-based Five Four Entertainment and the team behind Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall - and backed by the South Australian Government the long-awaited venue takes over the site of the former HQ Complex nightclub.

Having undergone a $6 million facelift both inside and out, venue co-owner and Powderfinger band member, John Collins advised “I’m incredibly excited to open the Hindley Street Music Hall, a venue designed with the core focus of creating absolute connection between artists and fans, delivering the ultimate live music experience.

“I look forward to seeing the Hindley Street Music Hall contribute to and further develop Adelaide’s rich musical culture and become an artist and fan-favourite for years to come.”
