Christchurch has secured the rights to host the International Play Association (IPA) World Conference 2026 - marking the first time the event will have been held in the Southern Hemisphere.
A triennial event, the four-day conference at Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre is expected to attract 1,000 delegates from around the world.
